Hey friends, family, & readers! Welcome to the brand new KatieEdward(dot)com! It's been a long time. Three whole years to be exact.
Three years ago I took a leap off the high dive and started my journey into self publishing and...found myself drowning. Not because of any professional pursuits, but due to a lot of crappy things happening in my personal life all at once. Things I will probably update you about in the coming weeks, because I want to be open and honest about my experiences because if writing isn't about connecting and share our human experiences then I don't know what is!
In short, as a little teaser, I'll say this: mental health is a JOURNEY, getting your heart broken sucks, AND the tiniest things really can kill your confidence dead in a snap.
